3 LOOKS FOR MEN INSPIRED BY HOLIDAYS AND CHRISTMAS!

Christmas can be quite overwhelming for everyone. Especially when it comes to what you're gonna wear to all the Holiday dinners and parties.

That's why I decided to put together a list of three simple holiday looks that you can put together really easily.

MODERN LOOK FOR THE HOLIDAYS

This first look is inspired by technology and city life. I wanted to put together a minimal modern look that will look very effortless but will have flare and impact.

For the shirt, I decided to go for a dark denim shirt from H&M with no collar so you don't have to worry about "should I wear a tie or a bowtie?". The dark denim and lyocell weave makes a perfect combination and gives a little shine to this neutral shirt.

If you want to be a little more dressed up, add this flecked wool jacket in light grey from Simons. I would go for a slim khaki or a very dark denim to go with the outfit.

If you're feeling a bit adventurous and want to add a little more pizazz you can add a lapel pin to your jacket. The lapel pin made a huge comeback and has been all over the place for a few seasons now. I decided to go for this Stay Home Club pin because it's funny and it will necessarily create discussion around it; perfect conversation starter for a party where you might not know everyone.

To finalize this modern minimal look, I decided to add an Apple Watch instead of a more classic watch so it stays modern and minimal. Also, if you have one, feel free to add a handkerchief like I did with this KENZO x H&M silk square.

As for the grooming, as you kept everything mostly minimal, I would recommend to go with a more complex fragrance such as Eau des Sens from diptyque. For those who have a beard, I highly recommend this great beard oil by Jack Black which is very lightly scented and will offer your beard a good shine for the night.

CLASSIC LOOK FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Again, this look is very minimal (and reuse the jacket in the previous look).

With this simple extra fine merino turtleneck from UNIQLO in navy blue, you will add a much more classic flare to your outfit. It's also a great option if you want to wear this outfit or this pull again on the daily. This is definitely easier to integrate to your everyday look than a formal dress shirt.

Whenever I go for a more classic look, I still want to add my personal touch and for this look, I went for an original skull cufflink I found years ago at Simons.

As for other accessories, I only complemented the look with a Daniel Wellington watch and a blue navy inspired bracelet.

For the grooming part of this look, I would go only with a few drops of beard oil. This one is from Sang d'Ancre, a local company located in Quebec City. I love the very manly/wood scent of it. If you don't have a beard, don't panic, you can use beard oil as your perfume too!

COSY LOOK FOR THE HOLIDAYS

What would be the Holiday season without a good cosy look to relax, take it easy and feel all the hygge in the world?

This look is very simple and you accessorize it the way you want. However, two basics are mandatory: a good warm slipper and a comfy sweater.
